They stayed open for an extra 20 minutes for my order of pizzas! They were so nice and friendly when I came in they had my large pizzas hot and ready when I walked in! When I got home and ate the pizza it was so amazing. The sauce was spectacular, the cheese was seasoned and delectable. The 16 inches were HUGE! Feed 3 21 drunk boys! I will definitely be back.

We called 8 minutes to close and they stayed open for us. Clean environment and super friendly staff! The pizza was phenomenal. It's kind of out of the way from where I live but after this experience I will for sure be coming back!

I have gotten pizza from Joe's Pizza King about a dozen times, a few times I've had them deliver to my work, about two miles away, the rest of the time I have came in and picked my order up. Every time has been a decent experience except for a few longer waits than I was told, but the food is good and the prices are comparable. Until last night. I decided to take advantage of one of their specials; buy one 18" pizza at regular price and get the second for $11. I called exactly at 5:00 when they open and placed my order, one deluxe without olives and one BBQ chicken. I was told 30 minutes. I arrived at 5:25 to witness my first pizza being put into the oven and was told my second wasn't started yet. Although a bit of an inconvenience as I was on a time crunch as my girlfriend had to leave by 6:15 to get to work, I decided to wait it out. I finally get my pizzas about 5:50, rush back home to give my girlfriend hers and enjoy mine. Hers was great, exactly as ordered. However my BBQ chicken was missing both bacon and onions. I call them up and explain what I ordered and what was missing, the response I got, "Well we are all new employees and none of us knew how to make a BBQ chicken pizza, we figured it was just BBQ sauce and chicken." He immediately offered me a discount on my next pizza, but I suggested they start making me a new one and I would be back in 30 minutes to exchange them, he said that wasn't a problem. This most recent experience deserves one star, but because of my previous experiences I am giving them three stars. They advertise their hours as Mon-Fri Lunch from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Sun-Wed Dinner from 5:00pm-12:00am, and Thur-Sat Dinner from 5:00pm-3:00am. However there has been a few times I have called on a Thursday or Friday shortly after 2:00am and the phones just rang and rang. The pizza is good, the service is inconsistent and apparently their employees are not trained properly.

LOVE this place. I've been eating here since I was a little girl. Best meatballs ever, scratch made too. The sauce is just as good and is also made from scratch. My boys love sitting in while waiting for our order. There's classic car models all over along with pictures of the owner and his family with local residents. Wonderful little family run business that has endured the test of time. Great prices for portion size as well. 1 spaghetti and meatball dinner feeds myself and my 2 boys. Our go to place when mommy is feeling lazy and doesn't want to make dinner. :-)

Best pizza in GR! Sometimes delivery takes a bit longer than I'd like but it's always worth the wait.

After a few mediocre, at best, experiences things changed for me. After ordering one night and waiting for an hour for delivery placed a call to inquire about said order. The girl said he was just leaving, and it takes longer because we ordered chicken wings. I said, 'oh, I didn't know it takes an hour to fry chicken wings.' She said, 'yeah'. Then hung up. So rude. No apology even? That is incredibly annoying and the food tasted terrible after that. Too bad I can't not tip, because that guy didn't even deserve the $2 I made myself still give him (half a normal pizza delivery tip for me!) He couldn't even make eye contact and again couldn't apologize for bad service. No 'Sorry we lied about being there in 45 minutes.' Yeah, I'm good. There are plenty of local pizza spots that don't offer terrible customer service. Seriously, be polite on the phone when people order and if you take longer than you say you will, be apologetic. It seems like a small, local pizza place would attempt to offer better customer service because so often they are overrun by chains. I would go to Pizza Hut before going back to Joe's Pizza King, and that says a lot.

Never checked out the place's ambiance, using them as the go to guys for the room delivery at the hotel I was staying at. I like the pizza, having ordered twice in my month long stay. I didn't care for the sausage spices and/or seasonings, but that is just a preference thing. Delivery times were spot on. Courteous staff, both on phone and at the door.

I don't even know where to begin! Joe's pizza is open late, ranging from midnight to 3 am depending on what day of the week it is.... fast delivery, food arrives HOT! Home of the gynormous 24 inch pizza! MMMMMMMMMM! They're subs are great, and they also have a good selection of dinners, and fried foods. I'm getting hungry again just talking about them!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
